What do you think? Yellow?

Yellow

The scent of yellow roses, embedded forever by my part,
petals shriven and shrunken, warped by your sacred heart.
A light serenade of laughter, a flutes pitch, a puggles bark,
all fused into a package, an enigma of the matter-dark

A precious blissful gathering, forever will be the 4,
foolish hearts and premature thoughts, eternal, yet never more.
Our footprints ancient remain, eight marks of different size,
distorted yet inthorted, our folic evidence, display the mystery of our fleeing time

fragmented shards of bleeding glass, forever in your name,
the cruel spirit of the one beloved, the 4 will always remain
the ruby drawn gems of a past life, set stained into crystal display
the reasons for it's donations are clearer then where it lays,

An 8 foot tongue of anarchy swithered, slashing and dashing with its take
an acid, a hallucagent, a baurbituant,
the clash of a broken mistake.
through the eyes of familiar breath, strength and life renew,
the glistening twinkle of a pupil light, a transcendent aura skew.

a screeching banshee of ribald blood, traverse my mind through mental sign,
an ethereal being, a ruthless beating, the lovely by design.
A perfect decention blasphemous, un-evolved from your once precious heart,
your emerald dreams of hope, dissasperated, replaced w/ pain, self induced by your part.
You scream out in utero, for the love you once contained,
forever damned into the sands, Into pitless abyss shall you remain.

Review: Aunt Ruby

Aunt Ruby, Do I Look Like God? By Ruby L. Taylor Illustrated by Maria Rask ISBN: 0-9745122-0-6 http://connected2thefather.com

In a society of many nationalities, it's only a matter of time before a child wonders who God really looks like. How can God say He made man in His own image when we obviously have many different features? In Aunt Ruby, Do I Look Like God? children are allowed to wonder this age-old question, but then in the twinkle of an eye, they're given the reassurance they need in knowing that "yes, they do look like God and so does everyone else in the world."

Sometimes, it's the simple answers to our questions that leave us with the most profound "aha" moment...and this was the case for Ruby and her niece.

Finally, you won't want to miss the captivating illustrations in this children's book. I can't help but find myself wondering if and when Ruby will turn that beautiful cover art into a greeting card and poster line
