Which earrings do you like better?

It is a gift for my maid of honor whose favorite color is aqua/turquoise which is nice because aquamarine is also her birthstone. All opinions and suggestions are welcome!

Is this is a good idea for bridesmaids gifts?

For my wedding in a few weeks, I want to give my bridesmaids/maid of honor some earrings as a gift. Since there is no colour theme to the day, any type of jewelry would do - I was thinking then of Amethyst as the wedding is in February, and Amethyst is the birthstone for February. Do you think this is a good idea? Or is giving jewelry with specific birthstones solely used for birthday celebrations?
