I currently work at a "mom and pop" diner. I love my customers, but the business itself is run very poorly. My boss (who is my aunt) doesn't know how to delegate tasks well. I do ALOT of work (everything from making the food, to cleaning up, to waiting on tables, to running the cash register...you name it, I do it!) I really do love working there..but can't stand the disorganization! I am 18, and am thinking about going into food service, but I have never had a "real job" (only worked for family). There is a Ruby tuesday's restaurant up the street, and I am thinking about applying there. Do you think it would be a good idea? Is it a bad place to work? Do you think I would have a really hard time working there? Like I said..I have never had any other job, except for what I'm doing now. I really love my costomers and talking with people, and just keeping myself busy.

Any advice for Ruby Tuesday's? Would waitressing there be harder than what I'm doing now?Do you think I could hand it?

By: Olalalala

About the Author:

Let me ask you a simple question. Do you have wrinkles or fine lines beginning to show on your face and neck? If you answered yes to that, then you will want to keep reading, because I will tell you how to get rid of them.

You may or may not know restoring elastin supplies to your skin will help to remove wrinkles and fine lines. The reason we get wrinkles and fine lines, those tell tale signs that we are getting older, is because our natural supply of elastin and collagen diminish as we age.

Restoring elastin and collagen is important for the skin inorder for it to stay soft and smooth because they are the vital proteins of the skin that give it elasticity. We need that pliability in our skin to stay young looking.

Now that you know that bit of information about collagen and elastin, you may be asking can elastin be absorbed into the skin. You may have seen the creams advertised that have collagen and elastin in them. Maybe you’ve even tried them, but you haven’t had any success with getting rid of your wrinkles.

The reason for this is because the collagen and elastin molecules are too large to penetrate the top layer of the skin. Restoring elastin needs to be done deep into the layers of the skin to do the job of removing wrinkles and fine lines.

So the answer to can elastin and be absorbed into the skin is no. You can check out any reputable dermatologist and they will tell you the same thing. Or check online and you will find the same answer. Things of science like large molecules penetrating the skin can’t be argued against or changed.

What you need instead is products that will stimulate your skin to build more collagen and elastin. A couple of ingredients that I know about that do a fantastic job of restoring your elastin levels are CynergyTK and Phytessence Wakame.

Cynergy TK contains Functional Keratin, which is similar to the basic protein found in our skin. It is powerful at rejuvenating the skin, and actually stimulates the regrowth of collagen and elastin. The products I use contain this substance and I am pleased with how well it works. The fine lines and wrinkles began to disappear after only 10 days of use for me. I use it daily, both in my day cream and my night cream.

Phytessence Wakame is also in the day cream and night cream I use. It inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down the hyaluronic acid in our skin. We need hyaluronic acid in our skin because it is what keeps the elastin and collagen fibers together to keep our skin smooth.

Without the three substances together, hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin the skin wouldn’t have any elasticity and the signs of aging, namely wrinkles and fine lines begin to appear. And none of us want that.

Now that you know the answer to the question, can elastin be absorbed into the skin, is no, you don’t have to concern yourself with that anymore. So if you are interested in finding out more about restoring elastin, you can check out my web site listed below in the bio section. You’ll find lots of good information there about skin care and where to get the products I’ve mentioned above. Thanks for reading what I have to say.

By: Robert Ruby

About the Author:

Let me ask you a simple question . . .are you satisfied with the skin around your eyes? Do your eyes look tired because of puffiness, bags, excessive wrinkles or black circles?

The first thing most people see when they look at you are your eyes. So if you have the above-mentioned skin conditions you need to be dissatisfied and find a natural eye moisturizer that will help combat those problems.

Finding an eye gel that will do the job of making your eyes attractive shouldn’t be hard. But if you keep buying and using products that only claim to help, yet don’t actually work you will lose faith in all products. You may just give up and life with poor skin around the eyes.

If you find yourself in this situation, follow my tips for finding the best natural eye moisturizer. You will be amazed at how nice your eyes can look in a short period of time.

First, you should be sure your eye gel contains natural ingredients and not harsh chemicals. Harsh chemicals are very damaging to the skin especially the thin sensitive skin around the eyes.

Second, you should be sure you are using a product that is designed for the eyes. Because the skin around the eyes is thinner than the rest of the face, you shouldn’t use your face moisturizer. Use an eye gel or moisturizer that says for the area around the eyes.

Third, look for a natural eye moisturizer that contains Cynergy TK. This amazing ingredient will stimulate your body to produce more collagen and elastin, the basic proteins in the skin that eliminate wrinkles and fine lines.

Finding CynergyTK in an eye gel keeps the skin around the eyes soft and smooth, free from dry flaky skin. It helps to rejuvenate the skin’s cells so your skin is young looking and beautiful. It penetrates deeply into the layers of the skin to moisturize thoroughly.

Other great ingredients in a natural eye moisturizer are Eyeliss and Halyoxl. These two ingredients along with the CynergyTK will relieve you of puffiness and bags, as well as remove the dark circles under your eyes.

You won’t find products with these great ingredients combined together in your local drug store or department store. You’ll need to go online to order them.

Now that you know what to look for, check out my web site to learn more about great skin care products. Remember your eyes are usually the first things people see when they look at you, so find products that will work for you and discover beautiful eyes are attainable.

By: Robert Ruby

About the Author:
