how to build my own charm bracelet?

ok so I want a charm bracelet that has a piece of polished granite, pink quartz, an emerald, a pearl, a ruby, and a diamond. and then 6 small sapphires in between each of those. does anyone know a jewelery store where I can build my own charm bracelet and select the gems that I want and what not?

Would you give your fiancee an alternative stone...ruby,emerald, or other stone?
What efforts do you think would be needed to end the sale of blood diamonds? Is it a job for the UN forces or each individual country ?
