I got my sister-in-law for a gift exchange this year. I'm not sure what to get her. Gift cards don't work because she lives in a village and giving my time to help with chores or babysit doesn't work because I live in the city, about three hours away. I got her earrings last year and I've never seen her wear them. She's 34 years old.

Buy her some comfy pajamas and slippers, lol. Make up? A purse?
Seeing how she lives in a village I doubt she goes out and does much to wear jewelry or anything of that nature. Why don’t you try like a fruit basket with some cheeses and wine ( my boyfriends mother loves that) maybe some nice coffee in a basket with a mug and biscotti’s or something. If that doesn’t sound like her then maybe a new release DVD that you think she would like with some popcorn and candies. Or I don’t know how much your spending limit is but if she is a working mom and always on her feet what about one of those massaging chair sets that your place on top of a chair and it massages your back.
I think handmade items make the perfect gifts.

i think u should get her some nice ornaments for the house since it will decorate her village house even more.
