I've already gotten the costume, gold anchor earrings and the shoes but should I get a hat? and how should I do my hair and my make up? I have neck-base length blond with low-lights hair so I don't really know what to do with it.

Here’s an idea (sorry for the annoying song). A 1940s kinds of look would be sweet with that! Here’s how to do it (looks a bit longer than your hair, but you could still make it cool in the front like that)
